March Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Offer: 50% off one Initial Assessment & Goal-Setting Session.
Promotion Period: Offer valid for appointments booked during the month of March. A valid credit card is required to secure all promotional appointments. Direct billing to most extended health care insurers available.
New Clients Only: This promotion is available to new clients of Rivet Support Services and can be used once per individual or family.
Booking Requirement: Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system to qualify for the promotional rate.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, forfeit the promotional rate. Regular cancellation policy terms and conditions apply.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once within the promotional period, subject to availability.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of the appointment unless direct billing arrangements have been confirmed in advance.
Non-Transferable: Promotional sessions are not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Limited Availability: Promotional sessions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
