Telephone Consultation (15 minutes): Free

A brief phone consultation to talk about what's going on, answer questions, and determine whether Rivet is the right fit.

Initial Assessment & Goal-Setting Session (90 minutes): $275 

• A collaborative first session to understand what's happening, identify strengths and priorities, and determine what kind of support makes sense moving forward.

Individual Counseling (60 minutes): $175

Practical, supportive counselling for youth and young adults navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationships, life transitions, or other challenges.

• Extended Sessions Available Upon Request 

Family Counseling Session (90 minutes): $275 

Support for families wanting to improve communication, work through conflict, strengthen relationships, and better understand one another.. 

Family Support Services (60 minutes +): $175

Practical, hands-on support for everyday family challenges including communication, parenting, routines, emotional regulation, school concerns, and family functioning.

Typically provided in-home, with virtual follow-up available.

Parent & Caregiver Support (60 minutes): $175

Individual support for parents and caregivers who want practical strategies, greater understanding, and a place to work through the challenges of supporting a young person.

Systems Navigation & Advocacy (60 minutes): $175

Help understanding and navigating schools, healthcare, FSCD, addiction and mental health, community resources, and other systems — including form or application preparation, coordination, and advocacy.

Crisis Support & Stabilization- Extended Sessions (75-90 mins): $225- $275

Extended support during periods of heightened stress, escalating conflict, or emotional overwhelm, with a focus on stabilization and clear next steps.

Biopsychosocial Assessment (90 minutes + Detailed Report): $380

A comprehensive assessment of the emotional, relational, environmental, and practical factors affecting wellbeing and functioning, with recommendations for next steps.
