Rates

Initial Assessment (90 minutes): $220 

Assesses major life domains to understand contributing factors and strengths, identify stressors and needs, and co-create a personalized support plan.

50 minute Subsequent Sessions: $180 

Report/Assessment Writing: $180/hour 

Fees for your session are processed at the time of the appointment via the credit card we have on file, debit, Interac e-transfer, or via your support-services contract (eg. FSCD). Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of service time will be billed at $180/hour and charged to your payment method on file.

Sessions with a Registered Social Worker (Bachelor of Social Work- BSW) may be claimed through extended health plans and employee assistance plans. We provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You are responsible for checking with your insurer to confirm that Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) are covered with your insurance plan.

A valid credit card or debit card is required on file to reserve your appointment. This does not automatically charge your card for the session and you may opt to pay via other methods as listed at the time of service.
